The Bernard Johnson Group, Inc. provides consulting expertise to clients who require a knowledge base or services that their in-house staff can’t provide, or for companies implementing a major capital project who need to augment their in-house staff with additional experienced outsourced labor to assist with increased project work loads.
Our clients hire consultants for many different tasks and rolls, including obtaining objective recommendations and advice, access to specialized expertise and experience, or simply as extra temporary help during a one-time project where hiring additional permanent staff is unwarranted.
Because of The Bernard Johnson Groups’ exposure to and relationships with numerous organizations and industry leaders our staff are keenly aware of industry “best practices”, and the transferability and adaption of best practices from one organization to another.
