The BJ Group, Inc. performed Desktop Consulting & Application Development functions at 12 locations in Southern California, supporting a client base of 1,300 desktops and 250 print devices. Services provided at these facilities include IMACD, Break/Fix, Managed Print Services, Enterprise-Wide HelpDesk support, UNIX administration and support. The BJ Group has used the following proven solutions to provide fundamental analysis for business cases, processes, technical procedures and daily operations, such as system refreshes, redeployment and disposing of obsolete (end-of-warranty) devices.

Tools employed by The BJ Group include Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for scheduling, Access for asset management, Word) to develop and amend processes and Outlook for communications.

Supported hardware include: Ethernet, Novell, TCP/IP, SNA, Routers, Hubs and Switches.

Supported Operating Systems: Windows XP, Vista, Windows NT/2000, Cisco/OS., Netware v.4.x and newer.
